Reasons for oil seal leakage of 2. output shaft

After disassembly and inspection test, the axial and radial clearance of the output shaft meets the standard, and the mating surface of the output shaft and the oil seal has no obvious wear. However, it is found that the oil seal rubber becomes hard and elastic. After the oil seal lip is worn, the pre-tightening force and the oil sealing performance are reduced, and the high oil temperature accelerates the wear of the oil seal lip; in addition, due to the internal leakage of the hydraulic motor, the back pressure in the housing is too high, which makes the oil seal lip Wear and oil leakage are further intensified. The less friction the rotor rotates in the stator sleeve, the higher the mechanical efficiency of the motor.

Causes of wear of 3. distribution plate

From the working principle of this kind of hydraulic motor, it can be known that the flow distribution disc and the cycloid rotor are connected by a small linkage shaft to rotate together, and the flow distribution disc slides and rotates on the valve disc at the same time. Especially at the beginning of the work with a larger load, more aggravated the wear of the distribution plate. The failure of the filter element of the hydraulic system makes the hydraulic oil mixed with particulate impurities, and small particles enter the friction surface during the rotation of the valve plate, causing abrasive wear on the friction surface. Due to the deterioration of the wear roughness of the friction surface of the valve plate and the valve plate, the storage space of impurities between the friction pairs is increased. The particles entering the friction surface and the ground metal particles rotate with the valve plate, which aggravates the wear.
